GARDEN CLUB SCHOLARSHIPS
The Canton Garden Club was pleased to offer 3 scholarships in 2023!! Two (2) were General Garden Club Scholarships and One (1) was a Visual Arts Scholarship. Any high school senior, who is a resident of Canton, regardless of school attended, is eligible to apply. Scholarship applications for next year will be available electronically through CHS in March at: www.CantonMA.org/chs/departments/guidance/scholarships. Completed applications including essay and transcript will be due by electronic submission to the Guidance Department in April.

CIVIC BEAUTIFICATION 
The Canton Garden Club plants seasonal flowers at the three watering troughs, the six "Welcome to Canton" flower boxes, and the boxes at the Historical Society and Canton Library. In May, members are asked to sign up to water and maintain these town plantings during the summer and early fall. In observance of Arbor Day in April, the Garden Club plants a tree at a predetermined site in Canton.

GARDEN THERAPY
Bi-monthly workshops with Canton's Senior Citizens to create seasonal floral arrangements.

MINI HOLIDAY GREENS SALE
Held in conjunction with the Paul Revere Historic Museum Holiday Fair, we make wreaths and urns at the preceding meeting at the Senior Center.

HOLIDAY DOORS OF CANTON CONTEST
Decorate your front entrance way and sign up to enter into the Holiday Doors of Canton Contest. Both residential and commercial entryways are welcome. Last held Dec 2021.

ARTISTS IN BLOOM
In conjunction with the Canton Public Schools, students' artwork from all grades, schools and art classes are displayed in a gallery setting with 30 of the pieces interpreted through floral arrangements made by Canton Garden Club members. Proceeds go to establish a scholarship for a graduating senior pursing higher education in the visual arts. 
This event is held every other year. Next session: 2025.

CANTON GARDEN CLUB GARDEN TOUR ~~ 
LOOKING FOR GARDENS FOR 2024!!
In summer 2024, the Canton Garden Club will be hosting its 2nd Garden Tour. We are looking for gardens to highlight, and your garden could be one of them! Just think how nice it will be to share all your hard work and dedication with others in the community. We are looking for gardens of flowers and all types of living vegetation, so please consider your fabulous garden! If you would like to have your garden on the tour, have questions about the tour, or suggestions of other homeowners who might be interested, please get in touch with Roxy Gray or see the get involved page of this site.

ANNUAL PLANT SALE
Our annual plant sale is usually held at the Canton Public Library around Mother's Day. Proceeds from the sale benefit civic beautification and the scholarship fund.
